If you’re dissatisfied with any aspect of our care or service, please inform us promptly so we can address your concerns. We accept both verbal and written complaints. If you prefer not to raise a complaint directly with us regarding NHS services, you can contact NHS England.
Our Complaints Manager serves as your dedicated contact to assist with any complaints. We aim to resolve verbal complaints within 24 hours when possible. For written complaints, the Complaints Manager will send an acknowledgment letter within 5 working days and provide a full written response as soon as practical.

If the Complaints Manager is unavailable, we’ll take brief details of your complaint and arrange a meeting at a convenient time for you and the practice. We maintain secure, confidential records of your complaint, accessible only to those involved in its resolution. We’ll keep you informed of any delays, the investigation’s progress, and the expected completion date.
Once the investigation is complete, you’ll receive a written response addressing your concerns clearly and, where possible, offering practical solutions such as replacing treatment, refunding fees, or referring you to specialists. You’ll also be invited to a meeting to discuss the outcome and proposed resolutions.
We regularly review complaints to enhance our services and welcome your feedback, comments, suggestions, or complaints.
If you’re dissatisfied with our response, you can escalate the matter to the GDC private dental complaints service within 12 months of the treatment or becoming aware of the issue.
